Ease of Use & Delivery

Choose between 4, 6, 10 or 12 meals to be delivered every  week! Meals can be warmed up three different ways: using a microwave, a saucepan or a conventional oven. With a microwave, just heat the meal up for 3 minutes and let it sit for another 2 before taking it out. Remove the cover and dig in! Alternatively, for protein-based meals, you can prep them in a saucepan by heating up a tablespoon of oil. If you are using a conventional oven, make sure you preheat the oven to 350 F and cook for 25-30 minutes.
